We want you to be happy with Setlist Live. If something isn't right, please get in touch and we will do our best to resolve it.

2. How Payments Work

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who acts as the Merchant of Record for Setlist Live. This means Paddle is the seller of record and handles all transactions, taxes, and billing on our behalf. Refunds are issued by Paddle.

3. Free Trial

Setlist Live offers a free trial period so you can evaluate the service before committing to a paid plan. We encourage you to make use of the trial to ensure the service meets your needs.

4. Subscription Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with Setlist Live within 14 days of your first paid charge, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

After 14 days, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Renewal charges are not refundable if you forgot to cancel before your renewal date, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

5. UK Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to cancel a digital service contract within 14 days of purchase (the “cooling-off period”) under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

By accessing and using Setlist Live immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that you are requesting the service to start within the cooling-off period. You may still cancel and receive a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the service within those 14 days.

6. Service Outages

If Setlist Live experiences a significant outage or degradation of service, we will consider refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Please contact us with details of how you were affected.
