1. About Setlist Live

Setlist Live (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a service that allows bands and musicians to let their audience vote on which songs to play. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services. By creating an account or using Setlist Live, you agree to these Terms.

2. Your Account

To use Setlist Live as a band or musician you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Setlist Live offers paid subscription plans billed on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com Market Ltd, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. All pricing shown is inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Use automated means to scrape, crawl, or interact with the service
• Impersonate any person or entity

5. Audience Voting

Audience members who scan a QR code or visit a voting link do not need to create an account. Their vote is anonymous and tied only to their session. We do not collect personal data from audience members beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

Setlist Live and all associated content, design, and software remain our property or that of our licensors. You retain ownership of any content you submit (such as song names or setlists) and grant us a limited licence to display it within the service.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice within the service. Continued use of Setlist Live after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
